This webshop is operated under the name Sichbar Vintage. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website.
2. Products
All items are vintage and one-of-a-kind. Signs of use due to age are normal and part of the character of the product. Any major flaws will be clearly described or shown in the product photos. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€).
We accept several secure payment methods as offered at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Shipping
We ship with DHL and aim to dispatch orders the same day.
Estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 2–4 business days.
Delays caused by the carrier or external factors are outside our control.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. Responsibility transfers to the carrier upon shipment. If delivery issues occur, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking information.

7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate court in the Netherlands.
